What the app does
GetJet Roster is an iOS app for pilots and cabin crew to import roster data from the NOC/RAIDO portal, view duties, and export selected data to calendar/logbook tools.
GetJet Roster is an independent app developed by a GetJet Airlines crew member. It is not an official app of, nor endorsed, sponsored, or managed by, GetJet Airlines or the operators of the RAIDO/NOC portal. "GetJet" and "RAIDO" are used only to describe compatibility.
Data collected (App Store privacy summary)
The App Store product page lists the data the app may collect, linked to your identity. All of it is used solely for app functionality - never for advertising, analytics, or tracking:
- Email address - used to send one-time sign-in codes for the optional calendar/sharing account.
- User ID - your login identifier and a three-letter crew code derived from it, used to operate your account and the optional crew-sharing feature.
- Coarse location - the airports and stations from your imported roster (for example layover stations) are used to show weather and hotel information. The app never accesses your device's GPS location and requests no location permission.
- Other user content - your roster events (flights, duties) when you enable the subscribable calendar feed or roster sharing.
The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and no data is sold or shared for advertising.
Data processed on your device
- RAIDO/NOC credentials are stored in iOS Keychain.
- Imported roster/revision data is stored encrypted on your device (AES-GCM), with the encryption key kept in the iOS Keychain.
- Calendar/logbook export settings are stored locally.
Network connections
The app connects to:
- NOC/RAIDO portal endpoints to authenticate and import your roster.
- Airart calendar service endpoints (
main-auth.airart.me,cal-auth.airart.me,api.airart.me,cal.airart.me) only when you enable calendar subscription features.
No advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs are integrated.
Calendar subscription feature
If enabled, roster events are synchronized to your personal subscription feed. In this case, calendar-related data (event metadata and feed identifiers) is processed by the Airart calendar backend to provide synchronization and feed management.
Third-party exports
If you choose to export to third-party apps (for example LogTen, PILOTLOG, FLYLOG.io, AeroWeather), the transfer is initiated by your action on device. Their processing is governed by the respective third-party privacy policies.
Server logs
Infrastructure providers may create technical access logs (for example IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and operations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - providing requested app functionality.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - secure operation and abuse prevention.
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - where consent is required by iOS permissions (for example calendars).
Data retention and control
You can remove credentials and local roster data from app settings. Calendar subscription sessions can be revoked from account/session controls.
Your rights
You have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
